Event Recap
Hayes Bilingual School was honored with a Holiday Magic Experience that brought joy, gratitude, and celebration to more than 800 students and 150 teachers and staff. The entire school community was uplifted by a day filled with unforgettable moments, thoughtful surprises, and the true spirit of the season.
Students were greeted by Santa, Mrs. Claus, The Grinch, elves, helpers, and guests who welcomed them with cheers, high-fives, and dancing as the celebration began. The energy of a holiday-themed dance party carried through the entire experience, keeping spirits high from start to finish. During the program, every student was surprised with multiple gifts, and teachers and staff were also recognized with thoughtful gifts in appreciation of their daily commitment and care.
The event was hosted by WISN ABC Anchor Diana Gutierrez and iHeartMedia FM106.1 radio hosts Scott & Shannen, who brought warmth, energy, and joy to the day. Special guests included Milwaukee Chief of Police Jeffrey B. Norman, Milwaukee County Sheriff Denita R. Ball, and the Milwaukee Brewers Racing Sausages. The experience was presented in partnership with the National Latino Law Enforcement Organization, whose support helped make the day even more impactful.
Lunch was provided for the entire school, creating a shared moment of celebration and connection.
With the support of generous sponsors, dedicated volunteers, community leaders, and partners, the Holiday Magic Experience at Hayes Bilingual School created lasting memories and reminded every student and educator that they are appreciated, celebrated, and deeply supported.
