The Daisie Foundation and the National Latino Law Enforcement Organization partnered with Meijer at their annual Holiday Magic event to surprise over 700 students This holiday season, DF and NLLEO teaming up with Meijer and a host of other sponsors to carry out their 3rd annual Holiday Magic event in Milwaukee at Hayes Bilingual School on December 15th, 2023.
The event consisted of surprising 700 deserving students with a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, gift giving with help from the elves, a holiday-themed dance party and a special performance by Gego y Nono! Panera will be providing lunch for all students and over 150 teachers. By the end of the week, DF surprised 2,200 students and 420 teachers and staffers throughout Chicago, Milwaukee, and Houston.
