DF is partnered with one of Houston’s largest health systems- Harris Health System- and a host of other generous sponsors- to surprise 200 first responding mothers.
In light of the strength of mothers and all that first responders have faced throughout the pandemic, the Daisie Foundation is proud to celebrate those who put others’ needs before their own.
The surprises took place at two different locations, beginning at Harris Health Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital and finishing at Harris Health Ben Taub Hospital. Recipients received breakfast provided by the McDonald’s Smith Organization, and Mother’s Day gifts from Shiraleah and Benefit Cosmetics.
In addition to Houston, DF has surprised a total of 500 mothers throughout Milwaukee and Chicago this week alone.
