On Monday, May 4, 2026, the Daisie Foundation proudly hosted its annual Chicago Mother’s Day Makeover Experience in partnership with the Chicago Housing Authority at The Gwen Hotel.
The Mother’s Day Makeover Experience is a community outreach initiative created to celebrate and uplift mothers through a day of beauty services, encouragement, connection, and community support. This year’s Chicago experience welcomed hundreds of mothers for a special day designed to help women feel appreciated, supported, and celebrated.
Throughout the event, participating moms received professional hair and makeup services, gifts, lunch, and inspirational conversations in a warm and welcoming environment. Volunteers, artists, community leaders, and sponsors came together to create a meaningful experience focused on honoring the strength and impact of mothers across Chicago.
