On September 27, 2020, the Daisie Foundation pivoted to virtual programming for the first time, launching the Leading Ladies Panel Series as a way to uplift and empower women while navigating uncertain times. The event was broadcast via Zoom and invited viewers to tune in from the comfort of their homes, creating a meaningful and inspiring Sunday afternoon experience.

The panel brought together a dynamic lineup of accomplished women across industries, each sharing stories of leadership, purpose, and perseverance. Moderated by Diana Gutierrez, TV Host of The Jam at WCIU, the conversation explored how each panelist navigated personal and professional challenges during a time of global change.
