Leading Ladies Panel Series in Chicago, 2025

The Chicago Leading Ladies Panel Series, held during our annual Mother’s Day Makeover Experience, is a signature part of the Daisie Foundation’s mission to uplift, inspire, and pour into women through real conversations and shared experiences.

Moderated by Evrod Cassimy, News Anchor at NBC 5 Chicago, the 2025 panel featured a dynamic lineup of female leaders from across industries who spoke candidly about their personal journeys, professional growth, and the challenges they’ve overcome. The conversation struck a powerful balance between vulnerability and strength, offering attendees more than just inspiration—it offered connection.

Our 2025 panelists included Tameca Reed, Senior Vice President & Head of Client Product Management at Old National Bank; Dr. Elana Comrov, Medical Director at Molina Healthcare; Rani Morrison Williams, Chief Diversity & Community Health Equity Officer at UI Health; Edith Ruiz, External Affairs Manager at ComEd; and Angela Reed, District Manager at Banana Republic Factory Stores

These women shared lessons on leadership, purpose, and perseverance, reminding every mom in the room that her story matters—and that her next chapter is still being written.

The Leading Ladies Panel Series is a cornerstone of Daisie’s approach: blending community, storytelling, and impact to pour confidence and clarity into women’s lives. It’s not just about listening—it’s about lifting. And every year, this conversation helps build bridges between where women are and where they’re going next.
