In October 2022, Milwaukee welcomed the Leading Ladies Panel Series with open arms and an open heart. Held at the beautiful Wantable Café, the evening brought together powerhouse women and a community eager to be inspired.

Themed “How You Wear Your Leadership,” the event created a space to explore what leadership looks and feels like—beyond titles and into everyday impact.

The evening began with networking and connection, followed by a dynamic panel moderated once again by the incredible Diana Gutierrez, Anchor and Reporter at ABC Milwaukee. Her thoughtful presence helped guide a meaningful conversation filled with honesty, perspective, and encouragement.

The featured panelists included Tiffany Cooley – Chief Marketing Officer at Wantable Inc., Kelly Kathlina – Market Director at Meijer, Katina Shaw – Vice President of Community Relations at Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, and Jan Wade – President & General Manager of WISN TV Hearst Television Inc..

Each woman brought her own story of leadership—sharing how they lead with style, intention, authenticity, and heart. From corporate strategy to community engagement, their words reminded attendees that leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all; it’s something you carry uniquely, and with purpose.
